About restaurants and dishes

Could you tell me about allergy response?: Please refer to the link below for information on how to respond to food allergies.

Do you have any allergies?: The buffet restaurant displays information on the use of ingredients for eight major allergies (eggs, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, shrimp, crabs, walnuts).
In addition, since the kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, please note that there is a possibility of a small amount of contamination, including handling at the food factory.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact the restaurant staff on the day.
Can I reserve a seat?: We don't accept reservations for seats.
Do you have a room meal?: Room meals are not available.
Do you have baby food ready?: We offer two types, from 5 months to 10 months.
How much is the addition of the buffet?: The additional fees for the buffet are as follows.
Dinner: 9,200 yen for adults / 7,300 yen for elementary school students / 2,000 yen for infants
Breakfast: Adults and elementary school students 3,800 yen / Infants 2,000 yen
(including consumption tax and service charges)

Do you have any refurbished rooms?: superior Twin Room is a renovated guest room in April 2024.
Could you tell me about cleaning the night?: Regular cleaning will be performed every 3 nights or more to 3 days.
Do you have rooms with separate bathrooms and toilets?: Classic twin ocean view

Some of the above rooms are separate from bath and toilet. It is possible to make a request at the time of booking, but we cannot guarantee it.

Facilities in the building

Could you tell me about the sales of the pool?: The pool is open only during the summer season.

Could you tell me about the use of the lounge?: Please refrain from taking out drinks and sweets from the lounge.
Seats are limited, so please give each other and use them.
Until what age does a child enter a bath of the opposite sex?: You can enter the bath of the opposite sex up to 6 years old.
Do you have a coin laundry?: It's on the first basement floor.
Do you have a smoking area?: There is a smoking area on the second floor.
Do you have Wi-Fi?: Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
