【Efforts to alleviate elevator congestion】

At Ise-Shima Grand Mercure, elevator congestion may cause inconvenience during some time of day.

In response to customer feedback, we are working to reduce congestion.
From May 1, 2026, in addition to the three ordinary elevators, two additional units will be operated only during the following hours.

■Operating hours
・6:30am to 9:00am
・16:00 to 21:00 pm
※It is not possible to go to the large public bath on the first basement floor with this elevator.
　When using the public bath, please use the lobby elevator or the stairs from the first floor.
