In the summer Grand Mercure Ise-shima Resort & Spa, a kitchen car that offers a menu using local ingredients is coming!
You can fully enjoy the food of Ise-Shima for dinner after playing in the pool.

■Kankanyaki of oysters from Matoya
Oysters grown carefully one by one in Matoya-wan Bay, which can be seen from the hotel. By grilling fisherman dishes, the taste of oysters is condensed, and you can directly feel the rich taste of oysters.
■Igo mini burger
Fish burger using fish called Aigo. Aigo is a fish that is designated as an unused resource and is difficult to handle and is not easily distributed. We use fresh ones immediately after landing.

In addition to the kitchen car, we also have a night pool in Ise-Shima in summer!
At night, there is a resort atmosphere, and it changes to a different outfit from daytime. The pool is lit up and you can enjoy music with Moët & Chandon.

The area including the pool is named "The Matoya Village".
In the daytime, we play in the pool with families, and in the evening we mainly focus on adult night pools.
We will open an area where a wide range of customers can enjoy Matoya for a limited time.

・Elementary school children are charged the same fee as adults.
・Children between the ages of 0 and 2 who are sleeping together are free and meals are free.
・Preschool children between the ages of 3 and 6 are charged the same fee as adults for "meal and bedding use". If you do not need bedding, you will be charged only for meals.
